Seabrook’s Largest Hotel Now Under Construction

Spring 2009 Opening Expected

HOUSTON, TX (February 18, 2009) — The doors will soon be open to Seabrook’s largest hotel, an 86-room Comfort Suites, at Highway 146 and Bayport Boulevard where construction is expected to be completed in March.

Developed by WMF Investments of Clear Lake and Houston-based American Liberty Hospitality, the 100% smoke-free hotel is the closest hotel to the new Bayport Terminal, and is located just minutes from Space Center Houston and the Kemah Boardwalk amusement park.

The Comfort Suites hotel will offer complimentary amenities such as the Savory Starts^™ breakfast; high-speed Internet throughout the property; local and long-distance calls; and weekday delivery of either the USA Today or The Wall Street Journal.

All rooms will be equipped with refrigerators, microwaves and laptop safes. Other hotel highlights include a Business Center with computers and computer hook-up, meeting space, a swimming pool and fitness room.

In addition to the construction of the Comfort Suites in Seabrook, American Liberty Hospitality recently opened the 190-room Hilton Garden Inn Houston Energy Corridor at the southeast quadrant of I-10 and Dairy Ashford, and plans to break ground in April on a 262-room Embassy Suites on Discovery Green Park in downtown Houston.
