The Point Project

Simply put…the Point is where you’ll find all things seafood. From authentic fish markets and shrimping boats to restaurants and oyster bars, here the seafood industry thrives.

The EDC and City are currently pursing grant opportunities to improve infrastructure in this peninsula-shaped part of Seabrook to attract private investors. Planned improvements include elevation of roadway, replacement of asphalt and ditch with concrete, curb and gutter, burying of utilities, installation of gravity flow sewer line, storm water line and upgraded water line, the construction of sidewalks, and installation of street lights and landscaping.
