Cruise Terminal Road Project

The City of Seabrook and the Port of Houston plan to co-develop Cruise Terminal Road. The 2.5-mile roadway will extend from the State Highway 146 and Red Bluff Road interchange to the new Bayport Cruise Terminal.

In addition, an abundance of land lies adjacent to Cruise Terminal Road. The City of Seabrook recently zoned various plots of this land for commercial and residential uses. To facilitate development, Seabrook will create a series of roadways to connect to Cruise Terminal Road.

All of these new roadways will create a transportation network for surrounding businesses and open up numerous commercial development opportunities for new and expanding businesses in Seabrook, especially office, retail and hospitality.
