The number of households in the study area in 1990 was 19,848 and changed to 27,052 in 2000, representing a change of 36%. The household count in 2005 was 30,370 and the household projection for 2010 is 33,676, a change of 11%. The population in the study area in 1990 was 48,171 and in 2000 it was 65,979, roughly a 37% change.
